Custom Finished Beef

Our custom finished beef comes from calves bred, raised, and finished right here on our farm. One advantage of our system is that the calves are never exposed to illnesses often spread in sale barns and feedlots from co-mingling cattle from various farms. This allows us to finish groups with a dramatically lower treatment rate than is average in the industry. 

Note: We DO use antibiotics, but ONLY when necessary, just as we would with our own children if they were sick with an infection. Protocols are ALWAYS adhered to, and calves are never sent to be processed until long past the "withdrawal period" for any medicine they may have received, ensuring the medicines are never passed on to the consumer via the meat. This is standard protocol in the meat industry.
